How to use
Adults and children 16 years and over: gently rub into the painful area 3–4 times daily. Wash hands after use. Do not use on broken skin. Do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by a doctor.

- Skin redness or itching at application site
- Rash

Safety advice
PregnancyDo not use in the third trimester. Ask a doctor before use earlier in pregnancy.
