Where we deliver

We ship to addresses in Canada only. We do not ship medications or other products outside Canada.

How fast

• Same-day delivery in the Greater Toronto Area for orders received before the evening cut-off (6 pm), 7 days a week, for an extra $9.99
• Next business day elsewhere in the GTA
• 2–5 business days to most of Canada by Canada Post or Purolator, tracked; remote and northern communities can take longer

Orders with Schedule II (behind-the-counter) products ship after a pharmacist has spoken with you.

• Free shipping on orders over $49.00 (after discounts) and for Care+ members
• Otherwise $7.99 per order

Refrigerated items

Insulin and other refrigerated products are delivered by our own couriers in insulated packaging within the GTA only, so they stay at 2–8°C.

Signature and discreet packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. Some orders may require a signature on delivery. If nobody is home, the courier leaves a notice; refrigerated items are never left unattended.
